On Wednesday May 6, the Forum will consider the next topic in the Foreign Policy Association's Great Decisions 2026 program, "Multilateral Institutions in a Changing World Order." Multilateral organizations, such as the United Nations and International Monetary Fund, were created after World War II. U.S. support for such institutions has varied depending on the administration in office, and the Trump Administration has seriously challenged their missions and U.S. support for them. Jim Sanderson will lead this Forum session on the appropriate roles of these institutions in the future to reap benefits for the United States, other countries, and the world order.
Wednesday, May 6, 11 a.m.–1 p.m. in Knatvold and via Zoom
