Nico Lang, is a longtime LGBTQ+ journalist, as well as the author of the recently released book, American Teenager, which documents the lives of trans kids and their loved ones in seven different states. Their goal was to speak back to extreme anti-trans rhetoric about youth by showing trans young people as they actually are: powerfully human.

Nico has been touring the country for the past 17 months to bring their voices and stories to as many communities as possible, and as part of that work, they'll be in Kirkland on Tuesday, March 10 for a reading/Q&A at Salt House. The event should start around 6:30 p.m.
