Wednesday Forum: Political Violence

Wednesday, January 7, 11 a.m.–1 p.m. in Knatvold and via Zoom

Political violence in the United States has increased in recent years, especially over the past decade. At the January 7 Wednesday Forum, Bruce Campbell will lead a discussion of this formidable problem. We will consider how Americans' acceptability of political violence varies by age, gender, and personal characteristics. The discussion will also consider underlying causes, and what might be done to counter this trend.

For background, see this recent Gallup survey on Americans' views about political rhetoric and the causes of political violence:

The Forum's programs continue to cover interesting and timely topics. Each keys to an article, podcast, or video for people to review before the meeting.

February 4      The Generation Z Revolt in Nepal
