Dialogue Group: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Thursday, March 26, 7:00–8:45 p.m. in the Knatvold room

What does the world of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy have to teach us about ourselves and society at large? We will be delving into the world of the brain and the mind in a deep exploration of ourselves and others.

We all suffer from key cognitive distortions through our lives that are serious challenges to our well being, mental health and happiness. A list of 20 is to be found in this online article. Check it out!

All perspectives willingly discussed! We will break into smaller groups if we have more than 12 participants so smaller groups can share.

To read more about the arguments and questions we will discuss, see the Dialogue Group’s online page.
