Exploratory session Thursday, June 11, 7–9 p.m. in Knatvold
University Unitarian is pleased to announce the formation of our new Worship Associates Program. In the spirit of shared leadership, this initiative invites our community to play a more integral role in creating meaningful and inspiring Sunday services.
We are currently seeking individuals interested in two distinct areas of focus:
1. Worship Service Support Team
This dedicated team will provide essential assistance during services throughout the regular year and summer. Roles involve supporting specific worship elements to ensure each service flows gracefully and effectively.
2. Worship Planning Team
This group is designed for those passionate about the art and theology of worship. Members will engage in the collaborative, behind-the-scenes work of planning our services.
Training and Formation
Both pathways include comprehensive training focused on Unitarian Universalist worship principles and best practices for effective leadership.
If you feel called to contribute your gifts to our worship life, please contact Rev. Doug or Rev. Victoria to learn more about joining the Worship Associates Program. Please indicate which team(s) are of interest.
If you wish to be on this team or are just interested in learning more about theory and practice of worship as a Unitarian Universalist come to an exploratory session on worship with Revs. Victoria and Doug on June 11 from 7-9 p.m. in the Knatvold room.
