Please join UUC's UU the Vote group on July 7 to meet representatives from Common Power and learn about their current campaigns and actions. They are partners in our work to promote our UU Values and preserve democracy. We will also be putting together Reclaim Our Vote postcard packets to be used by individuals or groups to write postcards to key areas of the country for the midterm elections.

Common Power has been at the forefront of voting rights, and civil rights and civic education here in Seattle for many years. Their field work teams are in great demand around the country because they train and support their volunteers very effectively and they collaborate with local leaders who know what needs to be done and who to work with.
