UUC's Climate Action Team encourages you to oppose the Stop Climate Shakedowns Act (SCSA) (HR8330/S4340). This legislation, if passed, would grant broad legal immunity to oil and gas companies, effectively nullifying pending lawsuits and barring future efforts to hold major polluters accountable for climate-related damages.
