Yoga and Meditation for Teens

Sundays, beginning October 5, 6:30 p.m. in Wedgwood, by registration

Spiritual practices are tangible skills that need to be nurtured and developed. This 4-week offering will provide teens with a toolkit to quiet their mind, connect with their bodies, and increase a sense of ease and joy within. This free series is open to the public and is for youth in grades 9-12. Registration is required and space is limited.


Amanda Mack, UUC’s Youth Ministry Coordinator, has been teaching yoga and meditation skills to adults, teens and children for 13 years and has been practicing yoga for more than 25. She also works as a yoga instructor at 8 Limbs Yoga. Eileen Bianamara, a yoga and meditation practitioner, will assist with the course.
