I'm thrilled to announce that we've hired a wonderful Executive for Finance and Operations! Tamar Lively comes to us with extensive experience in finance, technology, project management and leadership. Her first day will be January 5. 

From Tamar:

"I’m grateful to be joining UUC as the Executive for Finance and Operations. My background is in finance, operations, and technology for community-driven organizations, and I’m passionate about building thoughtful, transparent processes that support and strengthen the mission. Outside of operations, I love mentoring, supporting local musicians, and volunteering in community spaces. I’m excited to be part of a congregation where values guide daily practice, and I look forward to contributing to our shared work of care, connection, and good stewardship."

I want to thank you all for your kindness and support over the past year. It has been a joy getting to know you all and I am so grateful. I'll be supporting Tamar in the background for her first couple of weeks, getting her set up and answering questions.
