Sunday, December 21, Family Solstice Services at 9:30 and 11:15 a.m.
These All Ages worship services will include playful and participatory celebrations of the winter solstice and a narrated story of Christmas with spontaneous acting opportunities.
Music by the All Voices Choir and Dwight Beckmeyer, piano.
There will also be a Youth Solstice Celebration 3:30–7 p.m.
Sunday, December 24, Christmas Eve Candlelight Services at 7:00 and 9:00 p.m.
The Christmas Eve Candlelight Services are beautiful and tranquil, incorporating candlelight and stillness with readings and evocative Christmas choral music.
The 7 p.m. service will be more family-oriented, with a Christmas Story and readings more accessible to all ages. Both services will have the same beautiful music.
There will be Christmas carol sing-alongs beginning about 20 minutes prior to each of these services.
(On Christmas Eve, there is no coffee hour or reception after the services.)
Sunday, December 28, Worship Service at 9:30 a.m. only (no 11:15 a.m. service)
This service will be led by Rev. Doug Wadkins with music by Cally Lindenmier, mezzo and Dwight Beckmeyer, piano. (Sprouts care will be available during this service.)
Church Closed December 25–January 2 except by appointment
Except for the single service on Sunday, December 28, the church will be closed Thursday, December 25, through Friday, January 2.
