CONNECTING AT UUC

Community / Learning / Action

It can be hard to find the connections you're hoping for at a large congregation like UUC. Our Connections Team is here to help you make that happen.

Maybe you're yearning for a quiet, contemplative experience, or a listening ear at a time when life has taken a turn.  Or, you might love to meet up with other people for something fun or a learning opportunity.  Perhaps you're seeking others who identify as you do - young adult, LGBTQ+, BIPOC, or retired, for example.

Getting ready to graduate from a school, explore a new career, retire, or deepen your spiritual practice? Curious about how to support your child's spiritual growth and your teen's maturing identity? Or really needing some time with other adults while your kids are involved in their own programs at UUC?  Something else?  Let's talk!

Click the button below and fill out the "Help Me Connect" request. We'll get back to you with the information you're looking for.

In the meantime, here are some quick-start tips we recommend:

  • Drop in at a UUC Info Session after any Sunday service, downstairs in the Dix room. A friendly Connections Team member (below) will be there to greet you and answer your questions. Bring your coffee and your curiosity!
  • Speak with a greeter, usher or other volunteer on Sunday morning. If they can't answer your question they will direct you to someone who can.
  • Explore our online UUC calendar  (under the News & Events tab). You'll find several activities that are open to drop-in attendance.
  • Browse the online News Blog (also under the News & Events tab) to get an overview of upcoming events and opportunities at UUC.
  • Check out UUC small groups and Justice Ministries - small groups are the heart of our UUC community.
