Washington State leads the way to Climate Justice

A fee on WA’s biggest greenhouse gas emitters funds more than $1 billion of investments each year for the following:

  • renewable energy,
  • clean air,
  • clean water,
  • healthy forests,
  • help for low-income families,
  • help for workers displaced in the transition to a clean energy economy,
  • help for energy-intensive trade-exposed firms,
  • priority for projects in communities most affected by fossil fuel pollution

Kids and future generations in the web of life need protection from climate catastrophes.
