UU the VOTE (and the UUA logo)

Please join our energetic UUC group (simply sign-up in UUC Connect to get in the loop) as we continue our non-partisan work reaching out to prospective voters across the country between now and November 8.

Our three primary activities include:

 • Letter-writing to prospective voters in Texas, North Carolina and several other states. We are using Vote Forward to facilitate this: get yourself registered and start writing today. To do this with others, join us downstairs after each service in the church office conference room (except building dedication Sunday, October 2), or via Zoom at our posted times (see UUC Connect).

• Post-cards to prospective already-registered voters of color in North Carolina. We partner with Reclaim Our Vote. We have just a few of these postcard packets left: please reach out to Gayle Childers if you would like a packet.

• Phone-banking to prospective voters in North Carolina, who have moved to North Carolina since the 2020 election, and may be less familiar with how it works. We partner with the Reverend Lisa Garcia-Sampson and our fellow UUs in North Carolina (and elsewhere), gathering by Zoom and making calls every Thursday afternoon 3:30-5:30 p.m. PT from September 15 through November 3. There is a great spirit, and how-to support, in this group—please join us! Your only prep: a quick Register Here. Let’s help others make their voices heard!
