Interfaith Justice Team Meeting

Monday, January 24, 7–8:30 p.m. via Zoom
The Interfaith Justice Team is currently focusing on antisemitism and associated hate crimes. At this month’s meeting Elizabeth Leber will be doing a reflection concerning the hate crimes and antisemitism events in Billings, Montana in 1993.
Newcomers (to the church, or to the group) are welcome! Find the Zoom link in UUC Connect (login required) or contact the church office. For more information please email Nancy Maranville, team chair.
The UUC Interfaith Justice Team partners with nearby faith communities to oppose antisemitism, Islamophobia and other forms of religious intolerance through constructive collaboration and effective modes of ally-ship. Amidst the rise of antisemitism, Islamophobia, and religious intolerance in general, the Interfaith Justice Team covenants to partner with neighboring faith communities in order to build relationships, identify opportunities for deeper conversations, and position ourselves as allies and positive bystanders.
