2022 UUC Annual Meeting

The detailed materials on items of business for the 2022 Annual Congregational Meeting are available online. Members who will be attending the meeting are encouraged to review the agenda and supporting information prior to the online-only meeting through a Zoom Webinar on June 12 at 10:30 a.m.
A group of members, trustees, and finance committee members joined Byron Krystad, Director of Operations, on May 31, 2022, via Zoom, to go over their questions related to the proposed operating budget for the 2022-23 church year. View the recording of the Budget Town Hall here.
Members in good standing have received an email confirmation of their pre-registration for the Zoom Webinar, with all the information needed to participate. (If you believe you are a member in good standing and have not received the email, please contact Byron Krystad as soon as possible.) Members who will not be able to join the Zoom Webinar (no email on file or unavailable on June 12) are encouraged to use an absentee ballot to vote on business items before the meeting.
Absentee ballots are available here and can be submitted in print or email to firstname.lastname@example.org to be tallied at the meeting. Note that members who received a pre-registration for the Zoom Webinar but who choose to submit an absentee ballot will have their pre-registration cancelled. They may choose to view the livestream of the meeting as an observer but they will not be allowed to vote in the meeting itself.
