The UUC Science Book Group is resuming after its summer hiatus. The book for our next two sessions is Flavor: The Science of Our Most Neglected Sense, by Bob Holmes (2017). On Tuesday, September 28, we will discuss the first half of the book at 7 p.m. via Zoom. (Depending on demand, there may be an in-person option as well. Stay tuned.)

All are welcome to join in our twice-monthly discussions. It is not necessary to have particular familiarity with the book under discussion—listeners are welcome as well.
