August 15, 9:30 a.m. in-person or live stream
Full Community Sunday & Intergenerational Service
Rev. Beth Chronister will open the service. Melody Moberg, our Director of Religious Education and seminary student, will offer the sermon and prayer via video. Time for All Ages story by Aria Curtis. Music by Ian Loney, tenor; and Dwight Beckmeyer, piano.
The church will be open to all. Childcare for children ages 4½ and under by pre-registration; older children & youth in the chapel with parents.
In this weeks service, we will be creating a shared community altar. We invite you and your family to bring one special item from home, to contribute to the altar for the morning. It can be something that reminds you of a loved one or a special memory, something that is a part of a spiritual practice or something that reminds you of the sacred. Whatever you bring, we suggest it be something you might feel comfortable telling another person about and that it be no larger than 8x8x8″.
