We invite you to join us at this year’s Human Rights Leadership Celebration organized by the Unitarian Universalist Service Committee (UUSC) on Thursday, December 9, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. PT.  It is a virtual event, making it easy for more to join!

The evening’s keynote presentation will be presented by Isabel Wilkerson, winner of the Pulitzer Prize and the National Humanities Medal and author of the critically acclaimed New York Times bestsellers The Warmth of Other Suns and Caste: The Origins of Our Discontents.

If you are able to join, please register in advance by clicking here. While donations are not required to attend, we hope you will also consider making a special gift in support of UUSC’s important work.

About UUSC:  Since 1939, the Unitarian Universalist Service Committee has placed our UU values and principles in action in the area of human rights.  Working with a wide array of grass roots partners, UUSC works to address critical systemic issues both globally and in the U.S.

We have been long-time members of UUSC and are so impressed with their commitment and effectiveness. We hope you will join us with this celebration of our UU faith-based work! Please let us know if you want to learn more about UUSC’s human rights work.
