Flowers for Sunday Services

With our return to regular Sunday services in person, as well as continuing the livestreaming and recording of our worship services, we are once again inviting congregants to sponsor flowers for the sanctuary.

To sponsor flowers for Sunday worship, perhaps in honor of a loved one or a special occasion, please contact UUC Office Manager Jessica Monahan or sign up at the church office or at the UUC Info Station in Nathan Johnson Hall any Sunday. Please allow at least four days lead time (by 5 p.m. the Wednesday prior), but more notice is always appreciated. Your flower dedication will be included in the Sunday slideshow. The flowers are yours to take home after the conclusion of Sunday services. 

Our standard flower dedication order from Juniper Flowers is $100. The price includes delivery to UUC. You may provide for a more costly arrangement if you wish. Please return the vase to us the following week so it may be returned to the florist, or add $15 if you would like to keep the vase. (Alternatively, you may make your own arrangements with a different florist, but please still let us know by the Wednesday prior.)

After your order is confirmed, you can send a check (made out to UUC with “Sunday Flowers for [date]” on the memo line) to the church office or leave it with Jessica on any Sunday morning before the date you’ve chosen. (Or ask Jessica for instructions on giving online.) Please remit your payment by the Wednesday prior or earlier.
