On Sunday, July 19, we’ll have a special service with guest presenter Guy Nelson.
Guy is a Seattle-based actor, musician, author and facilitator. He works with spiritual communities throughout the region, including several UU churches in Seattle.
Guy specializes in leading groups through activities that combine creativity, spirituality and improvisation. He believes this process helps us discover our innate creative source and connect deeply with others and the world around us. And it’s always a lot of fun to create and explore together!
You’re invited to participate on Sunday by offering your Mantra of the Day.
Your Mantra of the Day is a word, phrase or sentence that encapsulates something important to you today (or this week). What are you telling yourself each day? What do you strive to do, or be? Example: “Smell the flowers,” “Help a Neighbor,” “Patience.” Think about your Mantra and on Sunday, July 19, we’ll use it to create wonderful stories, art and music.
