Frank has been associated with UUC since 1950 when his parents became members. He and his wife were married at UUC and formally joined the church in 2001. He has served on the Finance Committee and the earlier Investment Committee. He retired from the UW Medical Center in 2000 as Director of the Consolidated Laundry. He has volunteered and served on the Board of Trustees for 16 years at the Northwest Center, the largest local non profit serving the Developmentally Disabled. Frank was board president for four years. He currently serves on the Seattle PUD Water Advisory Board.
