The regular operations of the church are administered by professional staff. Senior staff include a business manager and three program directors: social justice, music, and religious education. The business manager and program directors report to the senior minister. There are also a number of support staff who report to the senior staff.

Regular office hours (September through May) are Monday through Thursday, 9:00AM to 4:00PM, and Friday 9:00AM to 12:00PM. The office phone number is 206-525-8400.
