The Leadership Development Committee serves as UUC's nominating committee, creating an annual slate of new members of the Board of Trustees, Moderator, and Leadership Development Committee itself. Elected members of the LDC serve two-year terms. Each year, the Board of Trustees appoints an additional member to the LDC for a term of one year.
