The annual congregational meeting brings members together at the end of the regular church year, in June, to vote on the budget and elect new representatives. The board of trustees, ministers, and staff report the accomplishments of the past year. Members may also bring new business before the congregation.

Annual reports to the congregation are made available by the board of trustees prior to the annual congregational meeting in June. Copies of past annual reports are available in hard copy at the church office, or here in PDF format.

After the official minutes of the annual meeting are submitted by the secretary and approved by the board for submission to the congregation, those minutes are available in the church office for review by voting members prior to the subsequent congregational meeting in which the minutes will be voted on for approval. Please contact the church office to make arrangements to review the proposed minutes of the most recent annual or special congregational meeting.
