Regular operations of the church and most programs are administered by professional staff. The Executive Team includes both ministers and the Director of Operations and the Director of Lifespan Faith Development. Additional senior staff include the Director of Music and the Social Justice Coordinator. Senior staff report to the Senior Minister in his role as head of staff.

Supporting staff includes the Custodians, Administrative Assistant, and Bookkeeper in operations; the Lifespan Programs Assistant and Lifespan Youth Program Coordinator in Lifespan Faith Development; and the Soloists, Accompanist and Director of the IGC in the music program.
