Please join the Board of Trustees to discuss some proposed updates to the bylaws. The Board will host two sessions this spring and another in the fall. We will meet on June 3, 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Knatvold room and June 11, 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Knatvold room. Bylaws, the proposed updates, and corresponding board documents are available in the Church Office as well as on the UUC website at Proposed Bylaw Amendments 2008 and Explanation of Proposed Amendments.
Join the UUc Habitat Team members and volunteers for the dedication of the most recent build. It's a celebration of the completion of the project and the homes will be open for touring. No construction will be happening, so small children are welcome! Please come to a reception for our July artists. Meet Melanie Reed, who uses fragments of found paper with varied textures and shapes to create landscapes of the subconscious, and UUC member Sue Danielson, whose acrylic paintings use form and color to express the urge for simplicity in a complex world.
Refreshments will be served. All the artwork is for sale, and a portion of each sale benefits the church.
