In this evening workshop, we will practice the art and skill of being where we are. Using silent and guided meditaion and exercises we will explore tools that help us slow down and pat attention to what is already here in and around us. As we become more present, we find that this moment becomes a doorway into dimensions of richness which may surprise, inform or enliven us. Presented by David Rynick and Tamara Scarlett-Lyon. David is a certified life coach, leadership consultant and Zen teacher. Tamara is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Registered Counselor in Seattle. Fee is by donation.
