You can download an online, printable form for our upcoming fiscal year (July 2011 - June 2012) and send it to the University Unitarian Church Office, 6556 35th AVE NE, Seattle, WA 98115-7393. Pledge forms are also available in the Sunday volunteer room and in the church office.
