It is our goal to offer a safe, nurturing environment in which children, youth and families can explore their own values and spirituality, develop their identity as Unitarian Universalists, learn about the lives and faiths of others, and discover that they can make a difference in the world. Unitarian Universalism affirms and promotes a free and responsible search for truth and meaning. Our congregation is intentional in welcoming all kinds of families. This diversity is part of the very core of our beliefs.
Our programs are based on the belief that the search for truth and meaning is a lifelong search. They are designed to be age-appropriate and to provide experiences that allow us each to stretch and grow spiritually and personally.
A Unitarian congregation engaged in Lifespan Religious Education is a community in which everyone is both a teacher and a learner, every stage of life is valued, and every member can contribute whatever wisdom, energy and reflection he or she has to offer. Through both curricula and intentional multi-generational gatherings, we strive to offer opportunities for religious exploration and growth for all ages and through all stages of life.
