UUC is Recruiting for Office Manager

Since Felipe Vera’s departure in November, the position of Operations Coordinator has been filled by temporary staff. But now it is time to move forward with hiring a new full-time permanent staff member. Given everything we learned as staff team from Felipe’s tenure, the Executive Team and HR Committee decided to add several responsibilities to the job description and give it the new title Office Manager. Here is the position summary from the job description:

The Office Manager at University Unitarian Church is responsible for the weekday operation of the administrative office and makes final decisions on a portfolio of administrative and operational matters. This position requires excellent organizational skills and benefits from significant experience in managing complex administrative functions and business technologies. Successful candidates for this position will have strong interpersonal skills and ease with developing positive relationships.
