Fall Intergenerational Women’s Breakfast
All who identify as women* are enthusiastically invited to UUC’s Fall Intergenerational Women’s Breakfast on September 23: “We Are Our Grandmother’s Prayers”! The Rev. Beth Chronister will invite us to share stories, speak truths, and to listen deeply across generations. The morning, 9-11:30 a.m., will include song, story and shared reflection.
“One of the powerful aspects of belonging to a church is that religious communities are one of the few places left where generations …intentionally come together,” observes Rev. Beth. Women from 8th grade through elderhood are invited to begin this new church year with breakfast and nourishing connections, as well as food for thought.
Please register by September 17, online or any Sunday at the Connections Table. Fee of $10 per person covers the cost of breakfast and may be paid when you register online, or at the door. If you would like childcare while you attend, please indicate by 9/13 as part of the registration process.
* UUC aspires to be open and inclusive community to people of all genders. This breakfast is open to female identified, trans*folks, gender queer, and gender non-binary people. We welcome you!
